Can make a custom order?

Yes! Here’s the custom order form, where you can tell me all about your event, and what kind of treats you’re dreaming of!

Are custom orders only for sugar cookies?

No! I offer a full cookie menu if sugar cookies just aren’t your thing. You can see the full Butter Me Up menu here. Submit an order form here to get the dough rolling!

I’m not really sure what I want- what do I do?

You can email me at eatbuttermeup@gmail.com, and together we will find the perfect dessert for you.

When should I order for my event?

The sooner the better! I take orders up to a year in advance, and would love to guarantee your order as early as possible. I ask for a minimum of three weeks in advance.

How do I pay?

Once I receive your order and we secure the details, I will send you an invoice for you to pay on my website with a card. Additionally, I can accept Venmo or a check. I cannot finalize your order until I receive your payment. If you mail a check, your order will not be finalized until I receive it in the mail.

Uh-oh, I need my cookies sooner than in three weeks!

I am happy to work with you if my schedule allows! You can submit an order form, or email me directly at eatbuttermeup@gmail.com, and we can discuss the logistics of your order. My rush fee for orders with less than three weeks of notification is $35.

How do I get my order?

I offer delivery, shipping, and public pick-up. Delivery and public pick-up is free within a certain range of my bakery! I charge a fee beyond that range. I can ship to all 50 states, and that cost will be determined at check out depending on the size of your order.

I have an allergy- can you accommodate me?

Unfortunately, no. As a cottage bakery, I cannot guarantee your order is allergy-safe, as my kitchen sees a variety of flours, nuts, eggs, dairies, and other allergens.

What can’t you do?

I cannot defy any legal, copyright restrictions. I cannot fill orders for character designs, logos for which you do not own the rights, or specific requests for the work of other artists. I will always help you find a solution for any of these problems by designing cookies to fit your theme while maintaining artistic and legal integrity.
